Chris Williams is the Communications Director of the Columbia University Department of Systems Biology. He brings more than ten years of experience helping scientists improve their understanding of science, medicine, and technology and has created and produced educational content for a variety of audiences, including both the scientific community and the general public. His work includes science writing, science editing, scientific website development, seminar and conference planning, video and multimedia, and scientific event marketing and promotion. Previously he has held senior web editorial positions at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the New York Academy of Sciences.
