Accelerating Prediction of Tumor Vulnerabilities Using Precision Functional Genomics
Jesse Boehm, PhD, is the scientific director of the Broad Institute’s Cancer Dependency Map Initiative, associate director of the Broad Institute’s Cancer Program, and an institute scientist at the Broad. The Boehm lab is focused on bringing the power of functional genomics to bear on living samples from cancer patients. An ultimate goal is to make “precision functional genomics” a reality for patients with rare cancers and rare genotypes. Dr. Boehm will deliver a talk as part of the Department of Systems Biology Distinguished Guest Speaker Seminar Series. For more information about his research, visit the Boehm lab.
