Jay Shendure is an associate professor in the Department of Genome Sciences at the University of Washington. His lab's interests include the genetic basis of human disease, genome sequencing technologies, translating genomics to the clinic, massively parallel functional genomics, developing new molecular methods, and whole organism fate mapping.
