As part of the SHARP Training Program, Drs. Pasquale Laise and Evan Paull, from the Andrea Califano Lab in the Department of Systems Biology, will be leading an intensive two-day training on single-cell analysis this summer, August 1-2, 2019, with a keynote lecture by Dr. Peter Sims. Single Cell Analysis Boot Camp will include seminars and hands-on analytical sessions to launch students on a path towards mastery of scRNASeq data analysis methods used in health studies.
