Titles

Systems Biology Fellow

I am interested in combining my training in quantitative engineering and experimental molecular biology to reverse engineer complex biological systems and to develop novel solutions to public health challenges. I am particularly interested in finding ways to address the growing problem of bacterial resistance to antibiotics. In collaboration with the Tavazoie Lab, I am developing techniques for rapidly characterizing protein-DNA interactions and experimental approaches for characterizing the physiology of transient cellular states that arise from population heterogeneity.

Postdoctoral Position Available

The Allison Lab is seeking a postdoc with quantitative research experience.  Interested candidates should email a CV, summary of research interests, and a list of three references to Dr. Allison.
