Andrey Zaznaev is a PhD student at Columbia University's Department of Biomedical Informatics, working in the laboratory of Dr. Tal Korem. Andrey's research focus encompasses clinical computational microbiome, multiomics, and developing novel metagenomic analysis methods. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2022.
