Aymen is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at Columbia University, advised by Prof. Mohamed AlQuraishi. His research lies at the intersection of machine learning and structural biology, focusing on developing deep learning models to study protein dynamics and their interactions with other biomolecules, as well as generative approaches for protein structure prediction and design. He holds dual master’s degrees in Applied Mathematics from École CentraleSupélec and École Normale Supérieure, along with a B.S. in Fundamental Mathematics and Physics, providing him with a strong quantitative foundation for tackling complex biological questions.
