My research interest lies in algorithm design and machine learning, and particularly their applications in computational biology.  Currently, i am working on prioritization of genetic variants and its application in precision medicine.  I am also very interested in deep learning and graphical models.

I received my Ph.D. of Computer Science at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Before joining Dr. Shen's lab, I was a machine learning engineer in Bytedance Inc.
