As a bioinformatician in Dr. Yufeng Shen's lab, I am interested in using multiple high-thoughput sequencing data, applying and developing computational methods to study complex diseases. The project I am currently working on is studying dis-regulated expression profiles and disrupted pathways of CDH patients. Before coming to Columbia University, I worked in Dr. Shirley Liu's lab at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where I focused on integrating high-throughput molecular profiles from TCGA combined with clinical data to systematically model immune components in the tumor microenvironment.
