Harry Lee is a PhD student in the laboratories of Mohammed AlQuraishi and Harris Wang, where he is developing genome-scale machine learning methods to study microbes and microbial communities. More specifically, he is interested in leveraging the rapid advances in deep learning to better understand, predict and engineer functional behaviors of microbial systems.
