As a graduate student in the Califano Lab, I am interested in using single cell RNA-Seq methods to study tumor heterogeneity, and as a method for identifying potential therapeutic targets. Projects in which I am involved include studying glioblastoma subtypes, exploring breast cancer drug resistance, and finding potential therapeutic targets of lung cancer.
