As Executive Director of Research Operations at Columbia University, Dr. Caescu is developing and managing strategic planning and execution of state-of-the-art Precision Cancer Medicine programs dedicated to accelerating adoption of precision medicine in clinical care and promoting strategic alliances across industry, academia and non-profit organizations to support funding for research and the implementation of technologies developed under the program into clinical pipelines. Dr. Caescu holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Lille I, France and received postdoctoral training in Pharmacology at Yale School of Medicine.
