Graduate Student

Jared Sampson is a Ph.D. student in the Integrated Program in Cellular, Molecular and Biomedical Studies.  He arrived at Columbia in 2015 after a decade in academic research labs as a research assistant and technician.  He is a member of the Shapiro lab as well as the Friesner lab in the department of Chemistry.  His research includes experimental and computational studies of the molecular basis of protein-protein binding interactions in Drosophila embryonic cell surface receptors and in human antibody complexes.
