Michael Finlayson is a bioinformatics analyst in the Single Cell Analysis Core of the JP Sulzberger Genome Center. The primary aims of his work are the maintenance and improvement of the single-cell RNA-Seq pipeline and assisting users with their analyses. Prior to joining the Single Cell Analysis Core, Michael worked on developing analysis techniques for the study of longitudinal expression profiles in bone marrow transplant patients at Georgia Institute of Technology.
