Mingxuan Zhang is a second-year Ph.D. student in Dr. Andrea Califano and Dr. Elham Azizi’s labs. He completed his M.Sc. in Computational Biology from Cornell University in 2022. His research focuses on developing deep generative models for multi-omics data that decode cancer dynamics under molecular therapies with interaction networks and graphs.
