Graduate Student

Nick earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry at the University of Rochester, where he also completed various research projects in structural biology and bioinformatics. After finishing his BS he worked at the National Human Genome Research Institute, investigating the DNA methylation and transcriptional response to Arid1a inactivation in a mouse model of ovarian cancer. As a graduate student he is interested in analyzing biomedical data to understand biological processes, particularly to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying disease.
