Titles

Graduate Research Assistant (DSB)

I graduated from Southeast University with a B.S. in learning sciences (biomedical engineering). Prior to joining Columbia, I conducted research in Dr. Jessica Mar’s lab at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where I became interested in using quantitative approaches to understand biology. My previous research focused on developing gene regulatory network models for neural crest cells, by building Bayesian hierarchical models from single cell trasncriptomic data. Incoming 2018.
