Titles

Graduate Student

As a graduate student and researcher in the Califano lab, Sunny is currently focusing on using inferential algorithms to better understand and characterize gastric cancer in order to improve patient outcomes and work towards optimized personal treatment. Previously, her undergraduate research work investigated the biophysical interactions between proteins involved in neuronal synapse activity. Her master's research explored the role of the microbiome in mitigating antibiotic driven obesity.
