Tian is a postdoctoral research scientist in Dr. Yufeng Shen’s lab. His research focuses on predicting the effects of protein variants. Tian received a PhD in the field of computational biology from the University of Technology Sydney. During his PhD, Tian developed methods for cell-differentiation trajectory inference and protein optimization.
