Titles

Postdoctoral Research Scientist

Wenji Ma is a postdoctoral research scientist in the laboratory of Yufeng Shen. She is interested in developing and applying computational methods to study genetic disease and immunity with transcriptome data. Her current work focuses on identifying key transcriptional factors and transcriptional program in normal human immune cell (e.g., dendritic cell and T cell) development utilizing single cell RNA-Seq data. Before joining Dr. Shen’s lab, she received her PhD in the Department of Computer Science at the City University of Hong Kong.
