I am currently an Associate Research Scientist in the Califano Lab. My recent research has focused on drug functional mechanism of action (MoA) analysis and drug synergy prediction based on reverse engineering of cancer transcriptional and signaling networks. I am also working on a project on reversing drug resistance. Prior to joining Dr. Califano's lab, I was a member from Olaf Wiest's group at the University of Notre Dame, where I mainly worked on computer-aided drug design.
