Velocity: Columbia's Ride to End Cancer

Velocity, Columbia University's annual cancer research fundraiser, uniquely gives bike-riders the opportunity to choose their level of physical challenge: 10, 25, 45, or 62.5 miles (100 kilometers). Each option has its own start area along the way where riders merge together. The ride will begin in Pomona, NY, and continue south along the Hudson Valley before all riders will cross the George Washington Bridge, finishing at CUIMC with a celebration and Finish Line Festival. One hundred percent of funds raised from the event will support precision medicine at the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center.
