Alejandro Buendia
Alejandro Buendia is a Computational Research Lab Manager in the Rabadan Lab. He previously worked as a data scientist at Microsoft and a research engineer at MIT CSAIL, where he worked on modeling patient trajectories from longitudinal EHR data. He is currently working on modeling the evolution of viruses and immune escape, as well as representation learning over ATAC-seq and RNA-seq data.
