Qingyuan is a second-year PhD student in Systems Biology program. During his undergraduate studies, he worked in Dr. Zemin Zhang’s lab, analyzing scRNA-seq data from a large cohort of NSCLC patients to investigate mechanisms of resistance to immunotherapy. Currently, he is interested in developing computational methods for multi-omics data to study gene regulation and cellular interactions in cancer.
